Unfortunately, Ixian and the Jedi were also unable to help stop the maddened crowds and were among the number of those killed in the riots. Ixian and all three other Jedi were killed in the riots, becoming one with the Force. Holos of the riots showed the bodies of Ixian and the other Jedi Knights, which were confirmed to be genuine by the Jedi Council, and Ixian and those on the task force were added to the unfortunate growing number of Jedi lost in conflicts.
